These terms are for the Troll Guard website and Chrome extension preview. No one is buying anything on this website until you are redirected to a Stripe checkout flow.

Trial and subscription

A trial path is available for the full shield package. If it does not shield your comments in your first session, we provide a refund request path through support email and invoice cancellation. Card-required trials auto-renew after the trial period unless canceled before renewal.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from your payment provider account or billing link if we include one. Canceling stops renewal and keeps your paid access until the paid period ends.

Claims and limitations

• Troll Guard is a comment-filtering tool, not a medical or mental-health service.
• It does not edit or remove comments from your public YouTube channel.
• The classifier is automated. It can misclassify and does not represent legal or medical judgment.
• Some comments are handled locally, then sent for scoring when needed. Your comment list is not sold through this service.

Privacy and data handling

By using this product, you accept the practices described in our Privacy page. You can revoke local extension permissions in your browser at any time.

Support and abuse

We may suspend or disable access for fraud, abuse, or payment violations.
